Introduction

Experience Cloud is Experience Business Applications on the Cloud. The system is accessed using a normal web browser. 

We suggest using Chrome.

Log In to Experience Cloud

To start using Experience Cloud you need to open a web browser and type in the web address provided in the welcome email (example experience.emax.cloud). The username is provided by EMAX Solutions in the welcome email (example name.surname@emax.cloud) The Password is provided by EMAX Solutions in the welcome email.
Ensure that My Account is setup on Experience Cloud. My Account is used to: - Register for Self Service Password Reset - Change your Password Click here to learn more about setting up My Account.
Enter your username and password and click on 'Sign In' to start the Login Process
On successful login you can: 1-Open and Start an Experience Cloud App 2-Update My Account 3-Navigate to the Experience Knowledge and Support site 4-Sign Out Note that a single click is required to use any of the facilities available.
Once you click on an Experience Cloud App, a file will download and this is displayed on the top right hand side. Right click on this file and select 'Always open files of this type' (this is only available in Chrome) Then click again (once) on the App to restart it. This time on download the system will run automatically and you will be asked to enter your Experience Cloud Username and Password.
The system should ask you to enter your Experience Cloud credentials as shown. Note that the first time, the system will ask you to enter the credentials 2 times. If the username shown is not your Experience Cloud Username, you need to click on 'More choices' and then enter your Experience Cloud Username. For security reasons, it is highly recommended to input the password each time you connect to Experience Cloud. Remember that this protects your data. You will not be asked to enter your password again to access Experience Cloud.
Once the credentials are verified, Experience Cloud App will be displayed as shown in this example.
