Save Experience Cloud Password on your Device

Follow this guide if you wish to save your Experience Cloud Username and Password on your device.


IMPORTANT NOTE

EMAX Solutions will never setup a Password on your device and we strongly suggest this option for security reasons. 

Thus you understand that saving your password on your device is your complete responsibility and that you understand the Risks involved.


Setup Windows Credentials


Open Windows Credentials on your device (click on Windows Start button and type in 'credential').

Then click on Add a Windows Credential



Enter the information as requested below

Internet or network addressExperience Cloud Server URL
UsernameYour Experience Cloud Username
PasswordYour Experience Cloud Password



Change or Remove Windows Credentials

Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

  • To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.
  • Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage.


Note: Remove Only the items that show the Experience Cloud Domain
