Introduction

You can save a report or a PDF from Experience Cloud to your device using one of the 2 methods listed below.

Save PDF from Cloud to Local Device

To save a PDF report from Experience Cloud to your device, you can select Print on the PDF viewer, and then choose a PDF Printer showing the text redirected. 

This function will print the report from Cloud to your device.

Select a location and file name where to save the redirected pdf on your device.

Save Report (not PDF) to Local Device

When PDF files are too big to convert, it is ideal that the report is not converted to PDF on Cloud.

Choose NO when asked to convert report to PDF

Then choose File → Print

Choose Microsoft Print to PDF (redirected)

Note that the number might be different on your device

The select a folder and a file name on your local device and click on save
