Following this guide to install and setup the new Microsoft Outlook app.
Open a browser and type in www.outlook.com in the address bar.
Click on Sign In, and make sure you sign in with your work email account.
After login, the outlook app icon will be available in the browser address bar.
Click on it and follow the instructions to install the new Outlook App.
You will be notified once the App is installed and you can select a number of automation options. Click on Allow once done.
